Due to each nail being carefully hand painted by myself, all orders are non-refundable. Please be sure your measurements are correct before placing an order. I am not liable for incorrect sizing.

Frequently Asked Questions

What comes with my order?

Each set comes with a set of 10 nails. For each order you will receive an application kit. For an order of multiple sets you will receive 2 application kits. Including: nail glue, nail file, nail buffer, cuticle pusher, and alcohol wipes.

How long do the nails last?

Usually between 1-3 weeks. This all depends on your application, how well you prep your nails & how rough you are with your hands on a daily basis.

Are my nails reusable?

Yes! You can re-use your nail sets multiple times depending on how well you take care of them during wear, as well as removal.

How do I size my nails?

Please view the sizing page for an in-depth explanation. For the easiest and most accurate sizing, Size Kits can be purchased on my site.

What if I don’t fit the standard sizes?

The XS, S, M, L are based on the most commmon sizes. If your measurements don’t correspond with the standard sizes, no worries. Please include your custom measurements in the text box from Thumb to Pinky, using either your measurements in mm or number sizes.

How long does processing take?

Processing time varies. All sets are handmade and will depend on how many orders I currently have.

For Ready To Ship sets, order will ship within 3 business days. For Custom/Made To Order sets, processing time will take about 1-2 weeks.

How do I apply my nails?

Prep

  1. Using the smooth edge of the cuticle pusher, gently push the skin back from the nail.
  2. Using the buffer, gently buff the surface of the natural nail just to remove any shine as well as dead skin left by the cuticle. DO NOT OVER BUFF.
  3.  Go over each nail with an alcohol wipe to remove any oil or debris.

Application

  1. Apply a thin layer of glue to the natural nail.
  2. Apply a thin layer of glue to press-on where it will lay on the natural nail.
  3. Place press-on on to natural nail and hold firmly for 10-30 seconds.
  4. Done!

How to remove my nails?

Apply cuticle oil around nails and soak in warm soapy water for about 10-15 mins. If still not budging, repeat the process. Nails should be able to peel off. Ensure nails are clean and dry and place back in box to store and re-use later.
